Hi guys.

My car has drivability problems. Please help.
It can be very jerky when I step on the gas pedal a lot.

Here is some information about my car.
2016 BMW F31 AT
B48 B48B20 EWG
Bootmod3 stage1 map3(93 octane).
Intake and exhaust are in stock condition.
Miles:46000(75000Km)
Miles on the spark plugs:1800miles(3000Km), spark plug:CHAMPION gap is stock

For your information, I have addressed the following defect code, but it has not improved.

Defect code:[118401 mixture control AFR Too lean]
This is the defect code obtained by ISTA. Secondary air was being sucked from the blow-by hose, so the blow-by hose was replaced.
The smoke leak test came back OK and the defect code was resolved. However, the jerkiness was not resolved.
