Most people in the automotive world saw Fisker as a complete train wreck. Bummer your buddy bought one.

'Unintentional acceleration by the Tesla may have contributed to this tragedy' with a pedestrian hospitalised from the exploding debris.
The remains of the occupants should be shown to the public to make them think twice before going for an EV.

I heard that every living thing within a mile of the blast radius was instantly vaporized. The media just aren’t telling us the truth.

Like we do every time a person dies in an ICE fire? We all got to see Paul Walker's remains, right? Or Ryan Dunn? Both died of fires from a crashed porsche. The public should be aware that porsche's are super dangerous and they can die in a fire if they crash in it...

unintended acceleration would be a big issue, but that's a tesla issue, not an EV issue. Pretty much every manufacturer has moved to drive by wire these days, ICE or EV.

The Walker and Rodas 918 lamppost collision was judged to have been caused by an old failing tyre and Rodas then losing control quite different from the EV incident posted here that you're comparing it with.

Of course they're different. that's ultimately my point. EV's don't have more issues with unintended acceleration than any other type of vehicle. Lots of car crashes result in fires that kill people, ICE, or EV. If people don't want risk, they should go be hermits and never drive a car at all, it's probably the riskiest thing we all do.

Just mixing it up now and ignoring my point, the Tesla likely accelerated out of control with no input from driver for no reason as we have seen on other vids.

I’ve had intentional acceleration in my Plaid and some unintended depreciation.

So, unless some have been living under a rock they'd know that mighty Mercedes have ended EV production boss Ola Kallenius has confirmed.

Audi E-Tron GT EV sets itself alight on a service ramp nearly destroying the service centre and ''used EV depreciation is four times higher than hybrids and six times higher than gasoline models'.

US Sales: Model Y seems to be selling well in the US market.

I also added an "I am about to shart" picture since I know how popular those are on here.

Got the car back today, so the wait was not too bad. Instead of waiting for a service appt to open, we just went old school and towed it to the Tesla store. Left it there Sunday afternoon and car was ready Friday afternoon.

Also about the model Y mentioned above, here in MD (Montgomery county), it seems like I see a model Y every 5 seconds, its insane. They're everywhere.

But, add the top 5 EV small SUVs sales data and the top 5 ICEV small SUV sales data (three of which are on your chart) and the ICEVs win the total count by a good margin.

That's how it is in Florida too. They're cheap, but people think that other people think they're expensive. You can't turn around without seeing a couple Ys and 3s, lots of X and S, and more cybertrucks than if like because they're so damn ugly.

We have been seeing a lot more Rivians here lately. They're everywhere. Pretty ugly too with their goofy front ends. Shame they didn't hire better designers because it seems.like the underlying tech is solid, if flawed.

That said, I don't see Rivian being a company that exists 5 years from now, they're like fisher but with 9 lives like a cat.
