Will pay for someone with ISTA experience in South Jersey, Delaware, or even Baltimor

Posted this in the NY/NJ/PA forum, but didn't get any response.

Looking to diagnose some issues on my 2014 BMW 328d. Car is throwing some codes related to the NOX and O2 sensors and I'd like to try upgrading/programing based on Service Bulletin "SI B13 01 14"

26F500 - SCR system, efficiency: Efficiency too low
26F600 - SCR system, efficiency: Efficiency too low
287100 - Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter, signal: too high for partial load
287200 - Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter, signal: too high for partial load
There was one or two other codes that are more intermittent (related to the MAF sensor I think?)

Happy to pay a fair labor rate!

Would also love help getting setup with ISTA on a slightly older laptop I have that I can wipe as/if needed.
