B48 320 low temp coolant keep rising when cold

hi all,

well my B48 low temp coolant behave in a strange way, when cold, the coolant will overfill and pressurized the cap, even days after not turning on the engine, the pressure is high enough until its start leaking a little from the cap, and when i open the cap, bam, its sprays coolant really hard.

but when i turn the engine on, and start the AC, the coolant will drain alot, from the lips of the cap to the below "min" mark.

i think maybe theres air trapped in the line, so i bleed the system using the hold the throttle procedure while turning the ac on, i keep adding the coolant while the bleeding in progress, and i can see the coolant moving smoothly inside the resevoir, without blowing the air bubbles, when the bleeding process is done, i added some more coolant until it reach "max" line. test turning on the engine, ac was working fine, and called it a day.

until the next day, i can see the cap was pressurized again, because it was leaking a small coolant, after letting the pressure go, i cap it again, not using the car, even the next day, the cap was pressurized again.

been bleeding the system 3 times and still the same.

- i dont think theres any leak, since the cap.will hold pressure for days
- i dont think it was blown head gasket, since low temp coolant system is separated from the main coolant system
- if i squeeze the low temp coolant hose when cold, few air bubble will burp out in the aux tank, only happened after letting it sit for 12+ hours

any ideas fellas?

update,

went to the workshop and vacuum bleed the system, still the same, they suspect the condenser leaking refrigerant into the coolant line.. and quote me 900usd for the condenser (pn 64509471521) alone exclude labour, 😭

i guess i'll try the chinese made part first which is only around 80usd before jumping to the big bucks
