Back on topic, as someone who just bought an E92 last month I'm having a hard time admitting it but this F32 is purely gorgeous. I wish the side vent wasn't there but oh well, I'll be happy to replace this E92 with a 4 series (or a 2) when the lease is up. |

Heres my illustration of the M4 that i made about 2 months ago. based on the spy photo. its the same body as the 4 series. the diffuser is from a 1M i just needed something to put on there to finish it.
used the spy photo as my base model to get every shape and line.

Nice proportions, but the side skirt looks like it belongs on a Prius. Most likely the "M Performance" side skirts and "M performance" Carbon Fiber side vents will sell like hotcakes

This is more like it! Certainly one of the best....I'm definitely digging this for my next car if it's anything close. Btw, the rear diffuser should be closer to M5/M6 style rather than 1M...don't you think? |

that line on he hood bugs me on the f30 and from here i see it will continue on the 4 series (cant get used to the 4). dont care about the regulations, audi and mercedes dont have that line.. anw, i will be staying with my e92..

They raised the side hip lines so there is less glass surface and it is kind of optical illusion to make the car look sleeker but it is not. Funny but it dies look fat compared to E92 (which was already too fat).
I see lots of similarities to 3 series, why even bother naming it 4 series or only for a sake of putting that number 4 in use. |

the wheel housing is closer to the front door giving it a less sportier look as the hood looks smaller. the car also looks taller which again gives it a less sportier look than the e92. maybe the lines will help creating a sportier impression but those clues are what usually let us know we are in front of a performance oriented car so this doesn't sound like a right move (sport cars design: lower car, taller wheel housing, long hood, sleek roofline which at least this car got right...)

So far it looks great. I think that price can't go up a lot in those times, because E92 here already costs similar to A5 and E Coupe. When I bought my E92 I could get Audi A5 for a lower price, also Mercedes had very tempting offer for E Coupe, which would cost same as my E92. I can't wait to see more photos, this will be probably replacment for my E92, but I will also check new Cayman.

i like what I'm seeing so far. Clean, except for questionable side grill Hoping that's an option, looks like an after thought. M4/M3 just might be my next car if they look the part!

I don't think the "4" series is going to sell well in the Asian/Chinese market. The # 4 represents death in Chinese. "come ride in my new death car" lol

Looks nice Don't think they will sell it as 4-Series in Asia/China bet they will continue to call it 3-Series there
