Wheel Sizing Question F36
So I had a set of ebay 19x8.5 ET35's all around, long story short they are weak POS and will bend over the smallest bump. I'm looking at a set of vossen VFS1's which are 19x9 ET35. After doing the math the wheel/tire will be 6.4mm closer to the strut and 6.4mm more poke.
Basically i'm asking is 19x9 ET35 something I can run all 4 corners without issue? I'm on coilovers so I can always raise if need be, I just don't want the wheel/tire to hit the strut. I already have some 235/40 tires which i assume will work with a 9 inch wheel |

depending on the tire size, 19x9 +35 will work on all four corners without issue. 235/40/19 will be a 20mm stretch on 9" so take care next to curbs or deep potholes/ruts. personally i'd run 255/35/19(fits best, no stretch or bulge) on 9" but i'm not sure for your F36Xd since you rubbed the fenderwell liner with 235/40/19. 245/35/19 is less of a stretch on 9" and of lower diameter (25.8") so that'd be the best tire size for your lowered F36Xd on 19x9" +35.
