Can you code with Carly and then Bimmercode without it interfering?

Hello so I've coded my car a few times with Carly and I'm happy with all the changes but there's a few things I want to change that only Bimmercode can do. A friend of mine has Bimmercode and offered to lend it to me but I'm worried that it will overwrite all the changes I made with Carly. Is this the case?

It will only make the changes that you want. I used it after using E-Sys with no issues.

I alternate between coding programs all the time, depending on what I want to do and which one can read the module… no worries, but appreciate the foresight in anticipating any possible issue amd asking first.
