Even with the narrower tires, are these offsets too aggressive for a non-M F30?

i researched Blizzak WS80, apparently they are recommended by manufacturer to be installed as a set of 4 tires:

Quote:
Due to the traction capabilities of Blizzak WS80 tires, Bridgestone recommends using them only in sets of four to provide the best handling characteristics and tire performance.

Are the 4 tires from a full set? since you said 2 tires are 99% tread and 2 at 90%

Yes from a full set... they are all identical and all matching tires. Lightly used on a rear wheel drive BMW, so naturally, 2 (the rears) are worn slightly different then the fronts.

The set is fully square, meaning all identical size, so you could put the 2 with 99% on the rears.. or continue to use them on the front.

By tirerack recommending them to be installed as a full set of 4... they mean you should not run 2 winter tires and 2 summer tires together.
