As long as you don't excessively open and close the doors, it will be fine. I didn't have any problems.

First, I appreciate the posts from members and their F36s and love to see what have been done to them. Some terrific mods and great reference if I ever want to do any mods.

I was involved in a hit and run accident in New Orleans in early March. I had a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 that was meticulously maintained and in terrific condition. However, a 11 year old car with just under 128,000 miles equals totaled.

That put me in the market for a replacement. I knew I would be looking at a late model F36 as the replacement so I searched pre-owned inventory on the BMW site. I found this F36 in Eugene, OR and ended up purchasing it. I probably will not go mod crazy and keep it much like it is now. I did have the windows tinted to the maximum levels for Florida. My F36 may look good but it is in serious need of detailing. I am in a very busy period of work so my opportunity to detail my car will be sometime in July.

Love the blacked out look. There is something pleasing with Mineral Grey and black trim. Very sleek 440i.

Even though you replaced the 407s, I love the look of them. Would love to have a set of them on my 440i F36 but priorities prevail. After other house item are put in maybe I will look into a set down the road.

Thanks! The 704Ms I took off are for sale here if that house item doesn’t wipe you out and you’re interested At this rate, they might still be available anyway. Not getting a lot of hits locally in ATL so may open up to shipping.
