Apologies if this a stupid question but any ideas if this will fit my F36 420d?

If so I will take this off your hands

The pipes are different diameters, however I believe that with adapters and a little bit of work this would fit (you would of course need a different diffuser as well).

The valve would have to be locked open as the diesels are not wired up for them.

Thanks will have this off you

Can you advise if there is a lot of work involved in locking the valves open?

The valve actuator comes off with 3 10mm bolts. After that the butterfly valve moves very freely. A spot weld or even glue would then secure it in place where you want it.
