N55 Cylinder Heads Borescope - Carbon Deposits

Cracked the ceramic on two spark plugs while attempting to regap them - you can read about it here:https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1708961

Anyways, decided to buy a borescope to assess how much is remaining in the heads, but was surprised to see how much carbon buildup I had. Anyone know if these look normal? Also, anyone else have images of their cylinder heads to share?

For reference, currently at 63k mi, been running BM3 Stage 2 since 55k.

Note: not sure what happened to the images of the other two cylinders, but will post them when I check again.

Sweet - thanks!

While the plugs are out, contemplating on piston soaking them in seafoam. My cylinder walls have some carbon deposits as well, which is a little concerning.

Honestly i feel like might do more harm than good... If you soak them you are definitely going to want to change your oil after also.
