Does anyone know the EXACT parts sport mode affects?

Trying to narrow down a rattle on my car... it goes when I put the car in sport mode and the sound is present in comfort at 1500-2000rpm. Does anything know exactly which parts of the car change their adaptations in sport mode? Thanks

I would check on your exhaust flap. Sport mode forces it open all of the time.

When you're in comfort mode the flap doesn't open until above 2500rpm or so.

Awesome thanks man. I gotta find that chart in the second link because it's too small to read.

Thanks. Link does work.

Looks like the only physical thing on the list that it affects is the exhaust valve which I don't have. I have to dig in deeper and see if it affects the turbo wastegate actuator to make it tighter or something. Not sure if my wastegate is rattling and putting it in sport tightens it up.
