Rear View Camera Black Screen F36 2015

Hello guys. the rear camera doesn't work anymore. sometimes it works and sometimes no until 1 week ago. but now it doesn't work anymore. only a black screen with the menu greyed. and pdc works. (see foto) I made the diagnosis with ISTA and it has no error in TRSVC. I did a test in ISTA -
Trigger component :

A communication fault occurred during activation.
Incorrect state : ERROR_ECU_CONDITIONS_NOT_CORRECT
I also replaced the camera and the same error.

Also I checked all the plugs and the module for oxidation. they have nothing.
what do you think it can be? the module? but why in ISTA is it green?

Hi,

Did you have any chance to understand what’s happening? The exact things happening to me, first 20 or 30 minutes of drive is black screen then it will fix by it self. I brough the car for diagnosing and bmw specialist told me no error pop up. So bmw specialist suspected to the water damage or wiring issue.
