Hi all

Did a search but couldnt find what i was after.

Would putting the muffler from a M3 onto a 340i be a simple bolt on job?

Hangers etc all the same?

No, you are better off going with MPPSK or aftermarket.

C'mon man. Idk what you searched for, but it's not even close. Besides for the fact that the exhaust tips don't line up. the muffler inlet piping is completely different.

Hahaha, your recent posts calling people out for not doing basic research have been very funny.

That said if you are just getting into modifying your car it can be a bit overwhelming.

I'm trying to be less of an asshole in 2020 but it's not always working. And I think I read his OP wrong but I originally thought it said can i put MY M3 exhaust on MY 340i but hopefully the pictures cleared it up regardless

To be fair, it's not the exhaust, it's the twin turbo setup. Singles will always sound better than twins.

yeh im the same, at least they have a bit of character, the b58 bar induction "roar" isnt exactly a good sounding engine out the exhaust imo

Both do imo. It wasn't until I heard one in person that I understood. My coworker has the OEM MPE and it sounds like it's rattling off a metal bracket under the car when he gets on it. Pretty horrible.
