Oil Pan Location

Hi everyone - I know I previously posted about doing my first oil change, but I unfortunately have not been able to get around doing it.

I checked this morning for the first time, but just want to confirm if this is the exact position where my oil pan/plug is located.

This is for a 2016 435 GC. The wheel in the first photo is rear left for reference

The bolt itself fits snug to the 17mm socket but it is on so hard that I could not get it off, I am thinking of using some penetrating oil and let it soak before attempting again.

Thank you everyone for your help.

That's it. Make sure you get the OEM Mann HU 816 X filter, which comes with the correct o-rings and new plug washer. Aftermarket filters have been known to use o-rings that don't fit and leak.

Thanks!! I did my first oil change! Everything went smoothly, no issues with 7 quarts of 0w40.
