AC not cold - is this the radiator to blame? (with Image)

my radiator (im guessing its the rad) looks damage - would this have an affect on the AC not working?
i took my car to ATS for a regas and they detected a leak so obviously couldn't fill it.
if isn't the issue then the condenser doesn't look damage (bottom of image)

AC with a leak needs to have the leak test performed, they put a liquid dye and then look for location of leak. don't buy anything to replace without doing that test first.

was told that the system is empty - and UV test cannot be performed, can only be performed with gas in the system...

I've managed to find a local guy who said he will test using oxygen free nitrogen - looking at the photo i send he said its the condenser and it looks foobared

The condenser is what would cause this, not the radiator. Although they look very similar.
