CIC (without NAV) to NBT Evo price?

I have F34 2014/4 CIC without navigation, but with SOS, CD, BMW Online.

I want to go for the cheapest retrofit to NBT Evo with Carplay and GPS. I dont care about CD and BMW Services. Carplay and NBTs skin and speed are the most necessary for me!

What needed for a retrofit like this? I want to purchase the parts from wrecked cars. Can anyone give me the cheapest compatible part numbers?

You are best off buying a kit from a reputable vendor. EVO systems need to be setup correctly to function in a retrofit application and a special emulator will be needed for the ATM GPS signal.
