Extra warranties for maintenance

When I bought my 330i xdrive, I paid for a warranty that included brakes and oil changes, etc. I'm not sure if it's worth it to purchase another one. What do you think?

That's not a warranty; that's prepaid maintenance. I can't imagine that you will actually save money doing that. Find a good independent shop--THAT will save you money.

I paid to have the maintenance program extended on my CPO F30 and F25 and regret doing it. Fell hook, line, and sinker for the finance guy's BS about how expensive BMWs are to maintain. There is no way you will have enough maintenance performed by the dealer for that to make sense. Live and learn I guess.

BMWs are expensive to maintain, if you have the work done by a dealership. Don't do dat.

I paid $1200 for prepaid up to 75k miles (bought the car at 18k) i figure brakes alone are almost that at the dealer. If I end up over paying by a couple hundred over 3 years I have no problem with that for the extra convenience of dropping my car off, getting a loaner, and driving off.
