Question about spacers

Hey guys so I just picked up a 2014 F30 335i Msport and I was wondering what spacers I should run on the car. The car came on 19s already. I want to lower it in the future, so what is the best option for the front and rear so that I wont have rubbing in the future?

10 or 12mm front, 15 or 18mm rear. Anything more will rub if you're lowered.

so 10 on the front and 15 in the rear and im in the clear correct?

Anyone? I know they're close but pretty sure the F32 can go wider according to what I've read.
