MPPK As a 50,000 Mile Gift!
My 2012 335i, "Cassel", checked in to the dealership yesterday to have the M Performance Power Kit installed.
I was charged $1200 out the door for it. Based on what I've seen from my brothers here in the forum, I think the stealership gave me a good deal! Here's to 150,000 more miles, Cassel!

I think you may have the old MPPK kit which is selling for $850 through getbmwparts.com
$1200 sounds about right.

If you have a 2012 335i, you have the older MPPK for PWG cars. At least that is my understanding.

The new one wouldn't install. Just means your dealer is smart enough to give you the right one!

Nice ride! How's it treating you after 50k miles? I'm guessing pretty good since you are aiming for another 150,000 miles Any repairs/servicing outside of regular maintenance? As a fellow 2012er, I'm curious.

Overall ride is still great! I had H & R springs installed at 48,000 and it did get a bit "bumpy" with the stock wheels. Other than that, engine is still in great condition... and the car still pulls smoothly. With regard to repair, so far... it's only been the scheduled maintenance.

Excellent, thanks!
Some people posted their timelines of maintenance/repairs as they racked miles on their e46s and e90s. As we get close to (and past) the 50k mark, it would be nice to open up threads where we can document our cars' progress. I enjoyed reading the e46/e90 threads and am sure people will enjoy reading the same for the F30. I have almost 40k miles so I'm not there yet, but I plan to start documenting everything that I need to do outside of regular maintenance and then post it ~75k miles or so onwards. Keep up the good work and best wishes for those additional 150k miles!
