Removed the camera legal disclaimer and it worked for surround view and backup camera however not for the side view cameras. Does anyone know why?

Wow - this is intense, 623 pages!

When I had my e90 I had a Bav-tech tool which did only minor code clearing.
I now have an f30 (2013 335i non-nav) and see things have come a long way.

Reason I'm searching and posting here: my SOS has gone awol, getting a constant SOS dial and also SOS malfunction, which is tying up my whole iDrive and also draining the battery. I pulled fuse 120 which disabled the calling, but now have now radio, phone, and many other iDrive functions.

I've been to the dealer, did a simple key read, & they don't know what's causing. Before doing the $160 diagnosis (which I fear will tell us little) I wanted to understand what my other options are.

I don't have connected/SOS service any longer, so I'm happy to disable if that's possible. Can that be done via coding? Someone suggested to corrupt the ecall coding, which could trick the ecall/SOS from functioning but still allow all other iDrive & audio functions.

I don't have a ENET cable and haven't done any coding, but happy to learn if someone can help with what to do. Also happy to meet with someone local, I'm in Fairfield CT, if they could help with some quick coding.

Thanks for reading guys, and please let me know any and all thoughts here. I only have the extended warranty, and this issue is a bit frustrating - would love to have radio and phone again!

Hi, I've recently purchased BMW 428i 2014 and would like to get my hands on some coding. If someone could point me out for software links and maybe few tutorials would be much appreciated.

Just reverse what you did. Set back to 205 in FA and VO Code car.

No. This should not require a guide. Reverse what you did. VO Code car for 205. Done. All FDL Coding will be reset.
