A lease transfer/takeover is available on my 2013 BMW 550xi. It's fully loaded with every option except bang and olufsen sound and rear TVs. It has the much desired, and rare $3500 adaptive suspension with dynamic handling (adaptive sway bars) which are day and night better than the stock suspension.

This is a loaded $80k car for only $699 a month. Nearly all others are paying $100 more for lesser optioned cars, or $250 more a month for a similarly optioned car.


Here's the details.

Options on the car include:

• Dynamic Handling Package with adaptive drive (dynamic dampers and dynamic sway bars)
• Executive Package (Power Tailgate, Ceramic Controls, Sat Radio, Soft-close doors, Extended Instrument Cluster, Head-up Display)

• Driver Assistance Package (Active Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, Side & Top View Camera, Rear Camera, Park Distance Control)

The Car is Alpine White with Black Dakota Leather with Anthracite Wood.

The Car currently has non-run flat performance all season tires installed with 4800 miles on them and full road hazard warranty. The car will come with oem runflats with 100 miles on them, and I can include the non-runflats for an additional charge. This means you don't need to worry about replacing the very expensive run-flats before or at lease trade in, which is the case with a large majority of lease transfers that buyers most often miss and get dinged with the cost $ after.

The car has a custom M5 exhaust setup, with a custom x-pipe, and custom gloss black powder coated OEM tips. It also has a module to control the exhaust flap opening to increase or decrease exhaust volumes at the push of a button. I can include all this for an additional charge, to be discussed. Else, the exhaust will be returned to full stock.

The car has aftermarket high performance catted downpipes that are black ceramic coated currently installed. These can be included for an additional charge. Else, the downpipes will be returned to stock.

The car also has the JB4 Stage 2 installed. This can be included for an additional charge, or will be removed. With the JB4 and exhaust/downpipes it is making over 100 HP and 150 ft/lbs torque more than stock. It's well-fast and launches hard because of the all-wheel drive.

There is also 35% Tints all around and OEM Black BMW Performance Grills.

Lease Ends: August 6th, 2016
Months Remaining: ~18 months
Monthly Payment: $699
Mileage Allowance: 10,000 miles a year which = 833 miles a month - car is on track for this. Extra miles are only $0.16 each through BMW
Lease Transfer Fee: $500 (paid by new lessee to BMW)
Security Deposits due to me: $4900 - this is in the BMW contract and will be RETURNED IN FULL TO YOU AT THE TIME OF LEASE END.
Condition: Car is garaged when not driven, washed regularly, clay barred and waxed seasonally with no body damage, issues, ect. Very few of tiny rock chips that have been well touched up.
Lease End Residual: $48,030
