Is there a way to change how quickly/slowly the auto up/down windows go up or down? Mine aren't super slow, but they don't seem fast either.

Thanks!

Removed the camera legal disclaimer and it worked for surround view and backup camera however not for the side view cameras. Does anyone know why?

Is there any guidance to explain what the NON-experts coding really means line-by -line. Granted , many are obvious, and a few have explanations built it to the Bimmercode screens, but many are strange to a novice and there's is no explanation to say what they're talking about.

Is it possible to alter the auto dimming feature at all? I find that the mirrors dim way too much when on the motorway due to all the cars around, so much that you really can’t see or make out cars in the mirrors, all I see are the headlights.

Yes, though does not always work. I do not have specifics on when it does.

Cheers I’ve set the ISP_Heckscheibe to hell (bright) to make it less sensitive and changed the Coddt_00_Scal_dim_ecr_lin and Coddt_01_Scal_dim_ecr_lin werte from 20 to 15. Will see how that goes but am hoping that what I’ve done will sort the issue for me.

Just went out and although it was only a short drive it seemed much better.

Have you tried changing indicator flashes as Kon suggested in another thread, works on my 2014 using Bimmercode, expert mode, custom value (0x05 for six flashes etc)?

" FEMBODY > 3060 > Blinkzyklen_anzahl_tipp

Edit werte value on the number of clicks you want then minus 1, i.e. if you want 3 click, set werte value as 02, you want 10 click, set werte value as 09"

FA Read question

Thanks so much for your comprehensive list. I just picked up a 2014 M235i last week, so I'm very new to coding. Using BimmerCode, I've successfully enabled EBT and a few other tweaks.

I'd now like to enable office, if possible. 2 questions:
1. Can you enable office on a CIC head unit? I'm pretty sure that's what I have. Even though this guide (see link) on Bimmer-Tech says I should have an NBT, the display is definitely CIC https://www.bimmer-tech.net/blog/ite...cic-nbt-nbtevo
2. If yes, I don't understand your instructions about modifying the "FA". I don't what that means, or see anything in the BimmerCode app about FA.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, and thanks again for the list.

A few options will not work (eg, turn signal #), but mostly relevant.

You could try getting the free copy of BimmerCode for your phone, and play with that in demo mode using Advanced, it will all make a lot more sense then.

Did you remove startup animation? Make sure option not selected on profile screen to bring up menu.
