Hey guys I've been searching for months now for the right 328gt..

My most important features that I wanted was they lighting package and M sport package, but they are very hard to come by around the NY tristate area.

Is it worth getting it without the msport bumper and instaling aftermarket msport bumper?

I never considered M Sport myself, the bumper and other trim pieces look nice but I put my money elsewhere. My only 'must haves' were nav and rear camera. I ended up with heated seats, which I do like, and enhanced connectivity, which I never use. I'm not sure if the lighting package is worth it now that LED is standard equipment. I do recommend active cruise control if you do a lot of highway driving. I wish I had it on road trips instead of the standard cruise, but I only take two or three road trips a year.

Where do you see an aftermarket M Sport bumper for the F34?

IMO, the M Sport bumper is a must-have on the F34. Not non-M Sport front just doesn't work when it's "stretched" vertically on the F34. (And don't forget the steering wheel.)

eBay lol. I thought of getting the gt with msport but no lighting package and it seems like it's way harder and more expensive to retrofit the led's into halogen.

I did that, but if you're buying a current model LED is standard equipment.
