How are you hitting that 5-600whp mark? Is it just a turbocharger and fueling that will make this hit that mark? Are you worried about turbo lag?

I plan on adding a centrifugal supercharger to add 300-350+ whp. For fueling I'm going to use port injection with fuel pressure regulator , high flow fuel pump, and a return line.

Sorry, these questions might sound stupid but are you going to be running ethanol mixture with that fueling upgrade? Whats the point of the fueling upgrade? I am trying to figure out whether or not you need upgrades to run ethanol mixture with stg1 and cp upgrade only.

it's cool with questions we all learn. The reason for fueling upgrades is because the stock fuel system won't support the horsepower I'm aiming for. I live in north NJ and I can't find anywhere close to get e85, so my plan is only to use 93.

I am also in NJ and yeah its all 93 around here... but you can just mix it yourself, although I guess that comes with some challenges.

I'm curious to see what they do for the cylinder supports. Otherwise I'm going the same setup. Cp pistons, maxpeeding rods, king bearings, balanced crank, melling sleeves, etc. Currently looking for a crank (shouldn't be hard to find) and waiting for things to mailed to me. (Bolts, gaskets, new pumps, etc).

For some reason I thought you'd have cylinder support system install the iron sleeves and their support system first before installing and balancing everything ? Perhaps I have it wrong

I was going to have cylindersupportsystems do it but it was way more cost effective this way. The melling liners were like $136 and the king bearings were $275. It took a while because they ordered melling 1/8th liners but they were too big and would've ruined the block so we had to go with 3.330 in. the melling part number is csl1136.

Edit: just found the melling liners for $21.16 + shipping each on Summit Racing

Thank you for this ! Going to compare my pistons sheet to yours and if they are the same I'll get these shipped ASAP.

Found them on Amazon, rock auto, summit racing, eBay, oreilly and others

Looking good, Do you have any photos of the sleeves? or how they were installed? do you know if they're parallel or flanged sleeves? I would also recommend having the block resurfaced, looks like there is a slight dent on the deck surface. If you're using the factory MLS gasket you need to make sure Surface of the block is smoother than 60Ra (And for this reason it's why I heavily suggest the Cut Ring HG).

Keen to see how the build turns out.

They are parallel sleeves:

Thanks for the advice !!, I'll get the block checked. Would I still need the cylinder support rings if I don't plan to go past 20 to 22 psi max. On the centrifugal supercharger It would be 15 psi max.

your welcome ! and you were right about that I shouldve had cylindersupportsystems do the rings first. I called them today to just do the support rings. They said I would have to send the bare block to them so they could add the support rings, and then I would have to get the bores line honed again.

Thanks, I'm trying to find the most cost effective but durable parts for the build. So far the pistons have been the most expensive parts.

If you want a semi budget "build," maxpeedingrods for the n20/n26 are 275 shipped on eBay or 300 directly from them for their Black Friday sale... .

Drop motor, disassemble, install rods with bearings, get everything balanced, put back together and reinstall motor. Should be good for at least 450whp. Of course supporting mods and upgrades fuel (pump + hpfp or CPI/port injection.)
