My car is a 330e but I took it in for servicing yesterday and they gave me a basic 320i as a loaner. When I start it up it shakes badly for a few seconds before settling down. Definitely rides rougher than my car (my car has the B48 engine and the 320 has the N20 engine -- I don't know if that accounts for the difference).

I would avoid Costco gas even if it is to tier. Anyone know if it is? I know Arco gas is technically top tier, but I was told to stay away from it and stick with premium brands like Mobil and shell

These have extra detergents beyond what's legally required. If you use anything else maybe Techron will help clear up carbon deposits on the intake valves and cylinder heads, but the extra you spend won't make it really worth it, might as well just get the better gas. That being said, I use regular unleaded in my other car and haven't had any problems.

It is top-tier, and I don't see any reason to stay away from it? I have used it frequently in my car with no issues and in previous vehicles that require high-grade.

I can't speak for the Ukrainian toilets but the Bulgarian ones are actually fairly quiet when you flush them.
