Blue brakes are a factory option. The M Performance brakes are the same callipers, just different colours.

Factory rotors are plain, M Performance rotors are dimpled from memory.

The dealer fit upgrade is the M Performance calliper/rotor. Red, gold and orange from memory.

Both 330d upgrade rotors are F370mm and R340mm from memory.

If you want the PPK try for the brake upgrade on already, otherwise it's costly.

MPlus is a great pack. Lights, stereo, black glass, brakes.

Without brakes on the OEM power upgrade is very costly for a car potentially towards the end if it's warrantee.

Or, if diesel is your thing, with potential legislation on the way and possibly diesel in its death, throws consider a 335d. All 335d's are Eu6. 330d's changed from Eu5 to Eu6 around 2015. My 2014 was certainly Eu5.

Hi Guys,

Any recent reviews on a PPK upgrade for a f30 330D LCI?

Not sure if I should get or not?

Is it worth the money and does it make a massive difference?

Thanks

I ran MPPK on my 330D for a couple of years. Yes you can feel a nice difference and the engine and drivetrain remain fully warrantied, but there are other options that offer more bang for the buck.

Depends what you want really. For many people the warranty consideration comes first, in which case MPPK is the only guaranteed warranty-friendly option.

It made a noticeable difference to mine I had on for 18 months. Not just about headline figures but made the car much more driveable. For me it was also about warranty. If it was over 3 I'd go with another option, but for cars younger than that it gave peace of mind.

As far as performance goes however it wouldn't see which way my current m140 went!

Thanks for your reaponses guys. Seems like a good move. Just trying to justify the £1200-1400 spend!

Does the 330D standard exhaust sound any better with the PPK?

Thanks

No appreciable change in exhaust note.
