Carbon fiber splitters for non-M Sport F30 installed

Just had these installed after seeing how they looked on XenaBimmer's car. While the CF is only layered on the front (where it's visible) the remainder seems to be made of some fairly strong fiberglass. There's still a good amount of ground clearance with these on, so I'm not too worried about driveways and speed bumps.

I've been thinking about this one for a while.

But not sure how seller is. Hasn't been great at answering questions

Probably because they're shipping from Taiwan. Definitely a great looking spoiler though. $150 shipped for the splitters wasn't much, so I took a chance. I like them. Not in love with them, but I can't complain for what I've paid.

Be very careful with ebay sellers. If you notice the product showcased is completely different from the one on the car.

I would agree. especially since the majority of them are selling direct from Asia. I made it a point to buy from someone shipping relatively locally in case there were any issues. Not to say returns would be hassle-free, but they'd be a lot easier.

I personally like the splitters on the non Msport bumper vs the whole lip as it takes away from the stock line IMO

I just installed these on my ActiveHybrid 3. I also did carbon fiber logo, CF spoiler, and CF dash, idrive panel etc. I'm not sure if I can commit to the blackline LCI lights to complete the stormtrooper look.

Have you replaced or putted some vinyl tape on top of silver fins? The ones which are close to fog lights. They seem black or almost black in your pic but can't really say if you have put some tape on top of them. Anyway, I personally don't like the silver and have been planned to do something similar myself, that's why I'm interested.

Any chrome that was on the car was "dipped" and then glossed, including any lettering etc. Very simple and lasts years before needing to be touched up. After you glossify it, it is a bit more difficult to remove but not by much.

Would this work on a 2018 model? The bumper seems the same as the 2012 - 2015s
