Wireless Carplay is available for any car that has ID5 or 6. I have it in my 2016 X5. You will however have to purchase an FSC code for around $450 from BMW OR +/-$100 off a third party provider on eBay

ID7 is not that wonderful because of local regulations IMO i would just buy a third party FSC code and get the supplier to enable the full screen mode when using Carplay
