Try newspaper with any window cleaner.

The cleaner loosens the difficult stuff but its the newspaper that cuts through and cleans and dries at the same time.

Cheap and super effective for a clear, streak free finish.

I'm using the next best thing - it's a thicker reusable version of newspaper, along with the aquapel spray. Been working great!

Watch the Ammo video Larry put out, he has a good system. Everything from how to sit in the car to easily reach the windshield, what products to use, etc.

It probably goes without saying, but try to avoid cleaning windows in direct sunlight. That will definitely help keep the streaks away.

50/50 vinegar/water with newspaper for the WIN!! Something about newsprint that is just aggressive enough to pick up the residue well.
