I appreciate that a jail term was inevitable when property worth £thousands has been stolen, but it seems like a huge cost to provide board and lodging to idiots like this. I'd prefer to see a 5 year term for community service - at least he'd have to do something productive.

I'd suggest if he's got 5 years for 4 burglaries, then he's got plenty of previous.

Having been victim of burglary I’d say bullet to the head is the most appropriate and cost effective punishment in this case

haha what an idiot! Leaving evidence to connect his crimes like that!

Image quality looks comparable to my 8mp hikvision with its EXIR turned on - the little red LED lights especially at the height of this camera should have make the camera easily noticeable!
