RARE 6 speed manual with xdrive

Comfort access, Navi, handfree trunk open, sunroof, and more.
My wife wants me to have a larger car to support our Q5; so I will accept trades for:

2013 Audi A8 4.0T
2013 Audi A8L 4.0T
2014 S550

The Goodies:
-Stoptech rotors drilled and slotted (perform much better in the rain over OEM)
-Stoptech Carbon Fiber / Ceramic pads (Have a much more confidence inspiring feel & produce far less brake dust)
-#EvolutionRacewerks Charge pipes with the upgraded dual meth bungs
-Muffler delete with full 3 inch piping, it's a much deeper tone than stock exhaust and the cheaper muff deletes (The stock suitcase is included w sale)
-M3 style front bumper (Has a crack at the moment)
-M3 style side skirts
-Genuine Carbon fiber dual slat kidney grilles
-Debadged
-Turbo replaced by BMW around 75k miles as apart of a emissions warranty

The bad / OK:
-Front bumper has a passenger-side crack from a truck tire, rock chips are complementary with the sale (will happily work that out with you depending on if you like to repair/replace/change)
-The windshield has a crack (will happily replace or issue credit towards)
-Will be replacing the wipers soon
-Radio sometimes doesn't save stations, the dealer claims it will be fixed with a software upgrade (I stream or play from music that can be stored in the car, so I never have a problem)
-Small scuff on driver rear quarter panel; smooth to touch, youll notice a little paint stress if you put your nose right on it. I'm pretty sure half will lift with a clay bar

Extras of note and maintenance:
*Never tuned*
-I get about 25-27 mpg hand calculated included rush hour traffic, I get closer to 29-31mpgs on the highway
-BMW or Motul Oil changes every 5-7k miles (2-3x's more often than BMW) at BMW, Beamer Auto, or Prime Time Automotive
-Coils packs: Replaced Summer 2019
-Spark Plugs: Replaced Summer 2019
-Oil housing seal: Replaced Summer 2018
-Oil cooler seal + new bolts: Replaced Summer 2019 -Air filter: Summer 2019
-Cabin filter: Spring 2018
-CRC Carbon cleaning Summer 2018, Fall 2019 (Typically right before an oil change) to keep the carbon buildup low
-Charge pipes are upgraded ER with dual bungs if you decide
-H&R lowering springs can be included in the purchase (Brand new)
-Serpentine belt and pulley kit will be included specialty BMW spark plug socket

In closing, I've owned this car since 33k miles under BMW warranty and it's time to let it go. I decided to post here because I remember the frustrating year searching for a manual xdrive with 90% of the "manuals" on Autotrader not being 3 pedal manual transmissions.

$18k or highest offer will be accepted congrats to the buyer.

I know there are only about 6 for sale on the east coast, but im not 100% on , I shipped this one when i bought it. Pretty sure Melbourne manual xdrive is far rarer still.
