Torque Spec's for Suspension components

Is there a place I can find the torque spec's for the various suspension components for an F30 340iX. I'm about to get her ready for the coming track season and just want to make sure everything is torqued to spec.

For those browsing in other forums on this site I will be asking the same question in the M2C forum, I track both cars.

Thx
Dan
