Just that my white car's backup camera is useless at night (tried the sticker/tape fix but I could never align it right so when the warranty is up in 2019 I will replace it with an aftermarket one that is angled better). The only other two minor annoyances are the double door pull to exit and climate control coming on even if it was off when I turned the car off - both can be remedied with coding when I get a chance to make an appointment with someone.

No rear cross traffic alert. I don't really need the front cross traffic alert but I park a lot in parking garages nose in and I always worry about someone barreling down the path before I can get far enough out to see it.

The only thing I hate is that my Canadian spec'd 2013 didn't come with rear seat heaters and a power outlet, but US spec did...

Hellooooo BMW!! I live in a cold climate - the cold climate package should have a rear seat heater for my children...for God's sake, why didn't someone think of the children??

I'll bite... Okay, one of the things I hate about my F30 is the gearing ratio for the 6-speed manual. It feels to me like they just took the seven speed automatic gearing.

The second thing I would have to say is the lack of a limited slip for a sport sedan...

I've had two F30's and they both do it. It's a minor annoyance, the lack of steering feel and drive focus is a much bigger concern.

Double-pull door unlocking. Yes, it can be disabled so you have to manually lock when you drive, but I would prefer an option to auto-lock on drive and one-pull unlock/open. Some day some new passenger in my car is going to rip the inside passenger door handle right out of the door trying to get out on that first pull.

A lot of the stuff I hear people complaining about can be fixed with simple coding. I recommend anyone with these cars gets them coded ASAP. Completely transforms the car experience. Massive improvement. This is my 2nd F30 I had coded for all kinds of things

what I meant... is it should have been included as standard equipment for that price point. Hence the lack of one, was irritating. I should have clarified that better. ;-p

I can't disagree that having a limited slip as standard equipment wouldn't be awesomer.. Imagine the kind of sheenanigans you could get into if it was!!

I worry about that as well so I usually just tap the unlock button on the dash as soon as I park so they can all get out normally

The need to crack the rear windows open if I have my fronts rolled down on the freeway. Holy schitt it feels like I'm in a tornado with just the fronts down otherwise.

OH, that!

Yes, it sucks.

But, I'm used to how much it sucks, so when I have passengers I make sure to quickly press the dash all unlock button before any passenger grabs for the exit handle.
Sometimes those pesky passenger are quick though.

Yes, all those optional options and yet BMW won't relent on giving options on that pesky "safety" item. I get it, it's a double secret, double safe, double double thing, but then give us an option to use it only for the rear seats for the kids, or turn it off altogether if it's all adults.
IOW, let the DRIVER decide.
And I thank you.

Most of the things you can code should have been active to begin with. Like, who wouldn't want to be able to close the trunk with the fob?

The Sun Visors do not slide on the rod.

Sometimes in the Morning and Evenings I have the visors down covering the side window to keep the sun out of my eyes. I sit just far enough back that the outer edge of the visor does not cover the back of the side window. Funny thing, my Wife's Cadillac Visors slide on the rods for any inches, but my BMW does not slide back to cover the crack at all! Nothing else to complain about, best car I have ever owned!
