does anyone have any info, or picture, on what the Google maps android auto looks like when its via screen mirroring?

i know the resolution of the BMW headunit is a total mismatch to the phone....
youtube is full of people playing youtube videos and i cannot find any showing google maps being shown via screen mirroring for android

I can tell you this much, it does not fill the screen even with the phone in landscape mode which sucks. In my opinion it's pretty gimmicky. What specifically are you interested in seeing?

that's what i thought - that's all i needed to know!
i was going to get a wifi antenna and get it coded in but it looks and sounds like a rubbish way to go about getting android auto in my car so i'm just going to get an MMI unit compatible with ID5
(dont' want an android head unit, not as effective to me as MMI)

I have a 10.25" touch screen installed but screencast is one-way only, you can't interact with the phone through the car interface at all. It's really pretty useless.
