2014 F30 USB/AUX Port removal

Can someone show me or direct me to a post that will instruct me how to remove the USB/AUX Module? The previous owner used a cheap Aux cable and the metal end of the connector is stuck inside my Aux port, I have already ordered the part after trying to take it out. It's pretty stuck in there. Please help.

Use a trim removal tool to pop up the entire piece that the USB is mounted into. Unplug from rear, remove plug, reverse to reinstall.
