Fogged headlight cover, inside lens

The right side cover of the headlight assembly for my 2014 bmw 328d is fogged, and it’s in the inside of the transparent lens cover for the unit. Looks terrible. Any thoughts on how to clean it or replace just the lens cover rather than the whole unit?

The lens is not sold separately. It can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled. Search it out on youtube. Moisture can be removed by removing a bulb and inserting a tube attached to a shop vac, but that won't get the inner surface clean.
