Wondering if the 430i m performance exhaust is worth it? I listened to some videos online and I think it might sound a little too loud. Wondering if anyone has it here + how they feel about it?

If you keep it in comfort mode there's no difference when driving. However cold starts are a bit louder until about 10-15 seconds (when it settles).

Its definitely worth it. Get it.

Nobody here can answer that question. It's totally up to if you can justify the cost.

I was looking for people who have it and if they enjoy it / what they think of it.

I have it on my 428 and I enjoy it everyday. It is nothing overly loud but makes the car a bit more fun

Just go straight to the awe touring axle back. If you like medium to loud your gonna love it.

BMW's have a ton of after market support. You can turn them into tire smoking circus wagons. It can be a slippery slope with engine tunes, suspension mods, interior/exterior styling changes and coding etc. But regarding your question on the M Performance exhaust. Yes it's somewhat expensive and there are other less expensive after market offerings out there to suit your taste. Also if the car is not a lease and you plan on keeping the car well beyond it's payoff and the resale value is not an issue in the future, ball is in your court and after market mod it till the cows come home. From the perspective of a dealer warranty, resale or trade in, I think the M Performance OEM dealer installed exhaust and accessories will be looked upon by a dealer for trade or private party sale more favorably versus the after market non OEM part(s).
