My horn stopped working. Located the fuse near the passenger foot well and it was not blown. Took it out and waited a minute and plugged a fresh new one back in. Still no sound.

When hitting the horn, there's a "clicking" sound hitting that fuse box so that leads me to believe that the connection is fine.

Likely to be the horn itself? How likely that both the high and low went out at the same time?

Pull out a horn and try connecting directly to a 12v source. If it doesn't work, you prob need new horns.

Jacking the thread. My low tone horn is dead again. Anyone know if you can install these?

You can. Get the version that includes a relay. You'd use the existing wiring to the horns as the relay trigger.

My horns stopped working. Put power directly to horn and it worked. Did not measure any output to horn. Fuse was good. Connections were good. Suspected it was in steering wheel, since it had been erratic before it stopped. Had independent mechanic look at steering wheel contacts when I had it in for a transmission fluid change. He didn't see anything really wrong, but made some "adjustment" to the assembly and now it works.

My horns work fine now. But, they were replaced at 15,000 miles, along with my steering wheel before I bought it. I don't know if there was a link between the horn issue and steering wheel.

Horn issue

I found a little dielectric grease on the fuse pins makes for a much more secure connection. No problems with horn in over a year.
