Need more friends!
Hello everyone! I'm located in New Jersey (Bergen County) and am looking to make some new friends. More specifically ones with a 335i (n55) and down pipe (catted preferred). I want to add a down pipe to my mod list but cannot make a decision via the forums on the amount of drone and noise it will produce. Some say the drone is unbearable while others appear not to hear any. If I could get a real life example it would make my life a lot easier in the decision and save me a few dollars. There is also the added benefit of making a new friend as well! Cheers guys

Hey bud, I dont live close to Bergen County but I have family there and I also go to school close to bergen county. I have a catless downpipe with full stock exhaust, and i can tell you there's barely any drone so i would assume that catted downpipe would have no drone at all since its known to be quieter.

The DP drone is barely noticeable. If anything it adds a little extra sound which really brings the car to life imo. Nothing unbearable imo. I have a ER catless dp

Catless dp, resonator delete, gutted oem exhaust. No drone at all. When you cruise, its not overwhelming, very subtle tone, but once u go wide open throttle, she screams.
