Hope you guys are doing well. I was hit in a parking lot yesterday and the guy run away. It looks like someone hit me with his front bumper while backing out the lot and make the turn too early. I think I know who hit me as I only parked there for 15 minutes and only one person parked next to me. My dashcam also caught his plate number and some particles from his bumper stick to my car and the color matches. I will file a claim with the police department tomorrow but since I do not have a footage directly shows he hit me, it may not work.

I can see a 3 in x 3 in dent just above the wheel but it is not very obvious if not pay attention to it and no paint work is required (only very tiny scratches and particles from that guy's bumper)



I went to two body shops this afternoon, one said they do not offer PDR and quote me for like $1300, the other has only one PDR guy and said he can't do it as the BMW quarter panel is double layered?

I am looking to get it fixed around San Diego with a fair price and any comment from you guys are appreciated.
