Transfer case questions

I have a 2018 340i xdrive. I keep hearing its the weak point on these cars as you add power.

Just how much can it take?

has anyone done research on this (I was unable to find much info on the transfer case)?

Also is there any good way to strengthen the transfer case (something in the same vein of the 8hp70 swap or the pure transmission rebuilds)?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am new to AWD stuff.

Reach out to Pure Drivetrain Solutions. They build a lot of ZF transmissions and transfer cases. I plan to have mine built by them. They can help you out. It won't be cheap I expect though.

I have a load of codes showing up on my f31. 2013 diesel.
the warning lights say brake malfunction, driving stabilisation and tps unable to read tyre pressure.
A buddy plugged in a carly and after clearing all faults I have a few codes.

48097D transfer box, clutch position and no four wheel drive
480682 transfer box fault, clutch position unknown.
D36D44 signal (longitudinal torque distribution front axle rear axle 19.3.4) invalid transmitter VTG
44011B Transfer box (VTG) torque delivered outside characteristic
100203 Dm software error info warning
info E12C2F HU interface (acknowledgment requirement combination 0x172 ) signal faulty

I had the transfer case reconditioned last year and had to go back July for a leak, but had no issues and the car drives ok, and wonder if anyone has come across this before.

Any tips appreciated

Nearby 650-680 whp(10.01 1/4, & 60-130 nearby 5 sec), it's my 2nd transfer case, & i don't fucking know how to fix that shit.
i would be so happy to find upgraded transfer case, but if i know they don't exist and the solution is only swap trans to hp70 or hp75.
Maybe kern417 know how to fix that.
