Bought this as BMW CPO car in August of 2019. Before taking delivery I had the dealer install the OEM Limited Slip differential, tint the windows and remove the rear badge. As part of the CPO process, they did replace the front tires. The rear tires had 7/32" left.

12/19 updates added Weather Tech winter mats and new Continental Sport Contact DWS tires. Have the originals as well for a summer set up.

It is in excellent shape and free of any dings and scratches. It does look the lower part of bumper on the drivers side does have an indentation. Barely noticeable but it is there.

Inspections, questions and test drives are encouraged.

Now to address the elephant in the room. Why am I listing it just a month after I purchased? I am 49 years old and I think this is my 63rd vehicle, so I already have car ADD pretty bad. My asking price is already $2500 or so less than I paid, so if I'm a "flipper" I am a terrible one! J Vehicle #57 or #58 was a 40th anniversary 911, which I did a ton of modifications to and then sold it to a friend of mine. I told him I wanted right of first refusal and I am getting it far sooner than I expected. I do not want to lose it, but will not go into debt for any car, so this one must go.

I will need a daily, so would consider and older 3 or 5 series valued at ~5k. Alternatively, my wife will need a car soon, so will consider nicer 3 row vehicles (similar year X5 would be ideal). Might even consider a nicer sedan for her, but it would be her call. Willing to trade up or down.

This is probably going to be a long shot, but there are not many out there, let alone any with the $3000 LSD. If the LSD is not important to you, I can put the open diff back in and discount the price.

Lowered the price to reflect the limited slip differential uninstalled. I recognize this might not be important to all. Will make a good package deal for the car with the LSD and the winter wheel set up. If this does not sell I am absolutely looking forward to the first snow fall!

Will get some current pictures up soon. These are a few months old now.

All trades considered as we are looking for two cars plus the 911 I'm buying.

Any interest in an 2014 M sport 328d as a partial trade? Great daily with 71k miles currently. I might be as meticulous about maintenance as you and am looking to get into a 340. My commute dropped from 70 miles a day to 8 and want something fun again!

34000 miles now. Just installed new Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires and Weather Tech front and rear mats.

Ideally still looking for a partial trade against this. A E90 (must be at least a sport package or 09 and up 5 series. Or up or down trade for a X5 or other nicer SUV. Open to discussing any deal though.

any interests in a 135, n54 owned for 6 years by me. all maint and a ton of upgrades done. white with red interior 6sp 93000 miles. upgraded turbos and very track worthy with lsd. had twins august 2018 and drove it 5 times since then, sitting in storage at my mechanics place. trying to decide whether to keep it and get a used 540 or 740 or start fresh with a 340 and hold off on a bigger car.
