Sorry Sspade!

My last, E46, of course. This f'n car:

Brought it to one shop, asked them to replace my bars with the big 'M' bars. They did the front, but called & said, "Yo, you got no rear bar to replace!?"
I said, "Well F me, I'm buying an E30 again!!" But they said they would explore if I could just bolt this "m" bar on, & I said I'd do the same (asking here, of course!). But this shop stopped answering my emails asking them when they could bolt on the rear bar (maybe because of the, um, low price we agreed upon?). So I had to have another shop do it.

I was tempted, but dropping front & rear subframes wasn't happening on my street. Who designed this car?
But I'm older than you.

Murf

PS: As stated, my car had no rear bar. Now, it's no E30, but it handles way better than before the bar changes.

To put it bluntly... I simply do not have the balls to attempt the rear sway bar install. Seems the rear subframe must be lowered which Im assuming requires a lift and subframe support/jack set up to complete?

Please enlighten me! Ive had this bar in my garage for at least 4 months
I've helped my brother replace bushings on his E39 M5 and it's a pretty involved process. He built a wooden dolly big enough to support the subframe and put a jack under it to lower it down slowly. We did it with just jack stands. After helping out with that it's led me to not want to upgrade my sway bars as much as I'd like to.

The bilstein shocks/struts are made to ac schnitzers specs to compliment their lowering springs. Tuned as well as a high quality set of coil overs without the adjustability.

I second the B8's, great ride and bolt in and forget option. Firm when you want it on the corners and very sporty when cruising in the city.
