Keep checking. I tried to buy 4-5 days ago and they were out of stock. Checked it the next day and he had like 7 of them

Purchased mine Wednesday, got shipping notice today. Since it's coming from OH and I live in OH should have it in my grubby little hands soon.

bar and plate and it's fucking heavy. I didn't weight it but it's like 30-40 lbs. 37 on the box from UPS.

I did another log. It's a nice pull, pleading the 5th on the specific gear. As you can see the temps are staying in check quite well.

Sounds like bar and plate does a better job of pulling heat.

Each has its pros and cons
with everything being equal bar and plate temps will not rise as much as a tube and fin .. But at the same time tube and fin will recover a lot faster than a bar and plate. It also weighs a lot less

Racing teams mostly use tube and fin intercoolers

Am i missing something here?

You went WOT for 1500 RPM only and the temps went up by a good amount? (10 degrees)

True, I'm sure in racing applications that the weight advantage is more beneficial.

I saw that. 4k rpm? Why can't someone post a few hard pulls?

10 degrees for such a short RPM range is not a good sign at all

I wonder how it would do with a proper pull from 2500 till RPM and after a gear shift (4th to 5th pull would be ideal)

Dont forget the recovery factor ... If you do 2 more pulls back to back the tube and fin will do a much better job than bar and plate

The vendor asked for a pull starting from 2500 in a high gear and that is what we got, now it's suddenly not good enough?

You just keep twisting the situation to your narrative that ebay parts are no good. We are just trying to show the community it's a valid option.
