who sells forged internals?

and safe tune is the main thing. you can keep torque down and increase power up top to make a fast car that won't put your internals at risk. but the b58's are so new it will be forever before we see a good set of data to make any claims, unless someone out there is actually doing a strength analysis of the components in the engine.

Rods are the same as the S55, good old standardization. There are forged rods and pistons already available for the N54 and N55.

this is crazy though. I guess i should have asked "who makes them at a decent price," because $3k for internals is nuts imo.

I wonder if you could supplement the PI with a Stage 2 pump and an e85 blend for the same or better results...

This is awesome, i would like some details on how it does on 93oct. I mostly run 93, then get some ethanol on the weekends.

BMW N55 Stage 3 turbo kit from SpeedTech has good data/dyno/plots heck, my friend just sent them an email and he was able to run 550whp on stock and now is running bootmod3 was able to do 650whp. Also it seems hes working out a deal for under 4k and is just planning to run 450whp daily and 600whp for racing (still plenty of head room) instead of a mxed out turbo lol.

yoandry PS2 cost more than 2500 cuz you gotta pay an extra $$$ for your core or send yours back plus its not reliable in the summer months, seen ppl blowing up when they run it at 25psi or anything higher at racing events.

My vote is SPT at this moment also because R32DBP knows a few things about VW Turbos and they use this EFR Turbo in all HPA Motorsports R32 cars.

Where does the PS2 seem to start spooling at?

Also would the new BB keeps spool close to factory ?

Weren't people saying that n55 after 600whp will bend or brake something?
