I have been considering moving up from Stage 1 and might even consider driving car to Canada for in-house testing.

Chargepipe and JB4 purchased but not installed.

Was waiting to see how your results with BM3 advanced prior to moving forward with BM3 purchase.

Yes we haven't gone very far yet, for now I have a custom tune but that will not derive into a OTS map for our cars; right now is pretty busy on my side so difficult to allocate time to bother PTF with building a AH3 map if I don't have the availability, should be better over july/august but that's a bit far.

Once my new hybrid battery is in and hopefully all the related codes are gone, I'll be able to test a lot more. I'm also hoping to get a new DD soon so I can dedicate this car to just being fun.

I got the normal display like a 335i not with the battery elements. For the hybrid monitoring I use the center screen with the split screen feature..

I got my new hybrid battery installed on Friday, flashed the current AH3 test map on Saturday, ran into some issues, had an updated map Sunday, flashed it Monday and things were MUCH better. Provided logs and feedback and am awaiting next steps. I also need to install my coilovers and camber adjustment so I can get some effing grip...

Do not get me wrong. I am happy that they are moving forward helping you with your issues.

But your vehicle with Pure Turbo Stage 2 is unlike the rest of ours who have not purchased a BM3 license and are ready to do so, but PTF has posted nothing in this thread since Lancelot posted a list of potential testers (or ever for that matter).

Without any real knowledge of how the tuning is actually done, I'm betting that even getting mine to work will be a benefit to others. I think once they get the specific AH3 details figured out, the rest of the 'staging' is done by adjusting values like timing and boost. I can't confirm it, but I think the current "OTS" Stage 2 AH3 map is my old map. I'm betting once I get a few days in on this map to confirm how well it works, we'll see some form of OTS update for the AH3.

that's great news. although I am also on pure stage 2 but agree with afranke that once they successfully tune one ah3 which is highly modified the FBOs would be easier to tune.. I think it's a step in the right direction atleast there is some light at the end of the tunnel

Are you getting the Burble also?

Eh, I don't really trust that AFR reading. Some wonky tailpipe sensor that had to be propped up with whatever was laying around and if it moved the wrong way just stopped working.
I have attached a picture of my driveshaft. Will this hold pure stage 2 power?

Looks like its the new design, so it should. My local Eurocharged shop did the repair for me (under extended warranty) and they said that design is similar to the Mercs they work on and should be good in the range of 1000Nm.

I'll admit, ECU tuning is out of my scope of knowledge. One common error we were running into at the beginning was 'maximum torque exceeded.' Haven't seen that one in awhile, so I guess Halim figured it out. I heard other tuners ran into the same issue, but somehow worked around it.
