our testing with the catless downpipe is limited right now as far as gains with a stock exhaust mostly due to the lack of ECU support. 10-20 hp/tq would be a pretty safe estimate though
Thanks guys, Much appreciated. Pumped to add you guys to the list of manufactures I have under the hood. You'll see my order come through soon.

I'd love to see a video of the catback with the stock exhaust.

How bout a test pipe that "looks" like a catted pipe? With no honeycomb inside. Then spray paint it likes it rusty so when a cop inspects with a mirror it looks good to him?

Did this with my evo.

To me, the car feels sluggish even stock in comfort mode so its hard to tell. The turbo does come on stronger once spooled as you feel the TQ im sure. Hopefully you get your cat back soon so you can give a better driving impression.
Tks!!! I would love to buy the cat-back but when will you put it on sale??

My car is RHD, so will this DP could be installed in my car? And I couldn't see any exhaust for 335i in your website.

Besides, what is the different between your grill and bmw's genuine black grill which other selling it on $52 or below for each?

Hi Greg,

is it possible to install the downpipe incorrectly and still not have the CEL on? I had installed the HFC downpipe and tested it with P-Box. The numbers that i got was actually slower than a fellow 335i owner running stock. Like I had posted before I could feel the car pulling harder at high rev. is there any sign i should pay attention to?

Could it interfere with JB? At the time of the testing I had hooked my car up with JB but i had switched the JB off. Tks!

I havent used the JB at all with our downpipe so i cant say what effect it has or not. I dont know if it effects any of the learning on the ECU? You do any baseline of your car before the downpipe? Thats the best way to tell as you are comparing the same care. comparing dyno numbers even from what car to the next will have some difference even. The % in gains is what is actually measurable.

Feel free to PM or email me so i can help you best as possible.

Can the HFC DP be matted w/ the stock exhaust? If so, how much noticeable sound increase will there be?

I think they said it's an OEM swap, so to speak, so should be doable. If you get the high flow cat, you'll realize the most gains with this mod (usually)...you'll hear it, usually, more in the cabin, but like a sexy prrrr (my experience with DP's in other cars).

This concerns me, the whole reason I would want the HFC is to be code free without a code deleter. Any chance there's an error with the install?

I'm just wondering if I should just do this mod vs. doing a custom catback for now since the DP will give me gains + sound.

Give me a call on it. See what we can do to help solve the problem. It's possible BMW updated the ECU programing, install issue, or even seen O2 sensors get dinged durring install and go bad.. Thanks!

Both downpipes can be matched to the oem exhaust using the OEM V band clamps.

Would you have any videos that show the HFC DP or even the catless DP w/ the stock exhaust?

Just an update, on my HFC DP, my CEL went off by itself.

Not sure why it came on, then went off on its own, but all of today it has been off.
