Cyba 3.5" Exhaust 335 Tips NEW

I've never really liked the tips that come on the 335 so I've been working with a vendor to create some direct replacement tips and they turned out great. They slide on so you don't have to deal with welding so it is completely reversible.

What do you think???

Yea that's why I opted for 3.5" and not 4" like some of the aftermarket systems come with. I think 3.5 is perfect to fill out the bumper indention just a tad better.

Since I have a downpipe, I don't think I'll ever end up with an actual aftermarket system b/c its just too loud for my taste but I still wanted the look of a nice exhaust. And having a downpipe with the stock system is a bit louder and throatier than stock so all in all, I think this is perfect.

I didn't even ask what he was going to charge. Email him and ask and then post here!

So the mpe for the 335 works on the 435. The reason I ask is because mpe for the 435 is not yet advertised on BMW.com nor getbmwparts.com

I emailed Derek since none of his e90 forums posts show anything about a slip on set, just the standard weld ons. Would you mind sharing how much they cost you? I am totally in for a set of black chrome when available. My wife's sport line 335 would look great with a set of 3.8" tips.

I obviously got them at a discount since I spent a lot of time taking measurements, helping with fitment, design, etc. He told me a while back what he was going to charge but i can't remember exactly so I don't want to speak for him. I think it was in the $120-$130ish range for the pair which is actually pretty damn fair.

And these are damn good quality. Normally tips of this caliber are in the $100 range - each.

def interested in black tips. I just noticed one of my M performance tips is starting to peel! Don't understand how that is happening but now this makes me want new tips preferably black tips. I would love quad tips but I believe to much work esp with the M rear diffuser.

Cool, let us know! The M rear diffuser will not be a problem, I can assure that. Can you remove your MPE tips and measure the stock pipe diameter?

I was trying to find the specs of the m perf exhaust but had no luck...do the stock tips just come off? If they do I will give it a try.

I believe it should be under warranty, got the car in August, I will tell them when I go for oil change.

Someone posted on the forum that they come off but they don't just pull off like the stock 335 tips. There's supposedly a screw or bolt that holds them in place.
