Tried to install JB4 but now my car won't start.

I have a 6 spd F32 428i, Tried to install JB4 but realized it's damn near impossible to route the OBD II cable with the clutch line blocking the way, so I stopped and unplugged everything and now the car doesn't start. Doesn't crank, and all the electronics are out of wack. It tells me to depress the clutch pedal to start the engine, which I've obviously tried. It reset my date and time settings, I'm not sure what else could have possibly happened. I thought that maybe disconnecting the battery messed up the electronics but I don't think that's the case. Any ideas?

So just to be clear, you disconnected battery, started or attempted to plug in the jb4's connectors, wasn't able to so backed all it up and then plugged the battery in and no start or anything working??

Make sure your clutch sensor is connected to the pedal. I knocked mine off during the install. That grommet around the clutch line does make it slightly difficult.
